Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IronWeb Manager ("the App"), a Shopify application operated by IronWeb ("we", "us"). By installing the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Shopify store to use the App. By installing, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-powered tools for managing your Shopify store, including:

• A chat-based AI agent that executes store management tasks
• Store analysis and recommendations
• Content generation (where available)

The App acts on your behalf using the Shopify Admin API within the permission scopes you approve during installation.

3. Account and Authorization

By installing the App, you authorize it to access, read, and modify your store data as described in the requested permission scopes. You are solely responsible for:

• All instructions given to the AI agent
• Reviewing changes made by the App to your store
• Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and Shopify's Terms of Service

4. Subscription and Billing

• The App is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed during installation.
• Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system and appears on your Shopify invoice.
• You may cancel at any time through the Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Powered Features

• The App uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) to process your instructions.
• AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content and actions before they affect your customers.
• We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempt to access other stores or unauthorized data
• Overload or abuse the service (excessive automated requests)
• Reverse-engineer or extract the App's AI prompts or logic

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, its code, design, and documentation are owned by IronWeb.
• Content generated by the AI for your store belongs to you.
• You grant us a limited license to process your store data solely for providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for damages caused by AI-generated content, including lost sales, reputational harm, or data loss.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IronWeb from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or content generated through the App.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on third-party services (Shopify API, AI providers, hosting) that may experience downtime. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party outages.

11. Termination

• You may terminate by uninstalling the App at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
• Upon termination, all stored data is deleted automatically.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
