Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of IronWeb Manager. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the App to create, distribute, or promote:

Content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
Hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Sexually explicit content involving minors
Content designed to mislead consumers about products or services
Spam, phishing, or malware distribution

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Attempt to access stores, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
Use the App to conduct competitive analysis on other stores
Automate requests to the App beyond normal human usage (no bots or scripts)
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App's services
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code, prompts, or AI logic
Use the App to train competing AI models
Intentionally overload the service or conduct denial-of-service activities
Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls

3. AI-Specific Guidelines

Do not instruct the AI to generate content that violates laws or platform policies
Do not use the AI to generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
Do not rely on AI-generated legal, medical, or financial advice without professional review
Review AI-generated product information for accuracy before publishing

4. Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage for all users, the App may enforce rate limits on API requests and AI interactions. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or suspension.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to asifdan1000@gmail.com.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including:

Warning the user
Temporarily suspending access
Permanently terminating the account
Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement
