Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
1. Subscription Billing
IronWeb Manager is billed as a monthly subscription through Shopify's billing system. Your subscription begins when you approve the charge in the Shopify admin.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from the Shopify admin.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Within 48 hours of first subscription: Full refund if the App does not meet your expectations.
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for extended outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) that were within our control.
- Billing error: Full refund for any accidental or duplicate charges.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial months of service after the 48-hour window
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as AI outputs vary and are not guaranteed)
- Issues caused by third-party services (Shopify outages, AI provider downtime)
- Violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with:
- Your store domain (yourstore.myshopify.com)
- The reason for the refund request
- Date of the charge
Send your request to asifdan1000@gmail.com. We will respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Shopify's billing system and will appear as a credit on your Shopify account. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
7. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
